The videos aren't playing, what should I do?

If the videos aren't playing, here are a few things that you can do!

Basic Troubleshooting Steps:

- Close any other tabs you have open on your browser.

- Restart the device you are using to watch the video.

- Make sure your device and browser's software is up to date

Advanced Troubleshooting Steps:

We usually find that the steps above solve the issue for most members but if none of the steps above work, we'll need to narrow down the cause of the issue by testing a few things.

- Try using another browser on your device. For example, if you are using Safari, try using Chrome.

- Try connecting to the internet using a different connection. For example, if you are using Wi-Fi, try using a cellular connection.

- Try watching the video on another Device. For example, if you are using your computer, try using your phone, using your browser or our mobile app.
