When I am in a live training, how do I access the chat?

The appearance of the chat may vary depending on the device you're using, but follow the steps below to access the chat.

Mobile Device Viewing:

• Click on the chat bubble icon located in the top right corner of the video.
• If the chat bubble isn't visible, try rotating your screen horizontally.
• Click “Join the Chat” and enter your first and last name.
• Note that on some cellphone devices, opening the chat may replace the video. You'll still be able to hear the video, but you'll need to switch back and forth between the video and the chat.

Desktop Viewing:

• Click on the chat bubble icon in the top right corner of the video.
• If you can't see the chat bubble, try minimizing your screen. Sometimes, the chat bubble disappears when the video is in full-screen mode.
• Click “Join the Chat” and enter your first and last name.
